We like to talk about ourselves. Don’t we boys?!

Mitchell Terpstra from Revue Magazine described our show by saying, “Imagine The Hardy Boys hosting Saturday Night Live.”

The Don’t We Boys is a critically-acclaimed, fast-paced sketch comedy show in the same vein as MTV’s “Human Giant” and Comedy Central’s “Key & Peele”. It’s like “The Second City” on steroids!

Our goal is to explore high stakes situations in relatable ways and relatable situations in extraordinary ways.

Formed in 2009, The Don’t We Boys currently performs in about 30 states every year. We perform sketch comedy the only way we know how: with a foot in the grave.

The Don’t We Boys features Joe Anderson, Sonny Pandit and AJ Schraeder.

We plan on attending as many sketch festivals as we can and building on our reputation as a kick-ass, live show. We’re always in the process of translating our live show into filmed sketches for various TV and online projects.

Joe was the voice of the Big Boy statue for the Big Boy restaurant commercials and AJ’s artistic skills, while attaining his MFA, allow him to make his own puppets. So, if this doesn’t work out they can obviously all make their fortune in the highly lucrative world of puppet money.

Joe Anderson is an award-winning comedian, director and writer.

He won an MTV Comedy Competition, spent two years touring with The Second City improv comedy theater recently wrote and starred in the play “Shoot Faster, Dear Brother, I’m Dying!” A hilarious play about the Civil War. Obviously. Lawrence Bommer, reviewer for the Chicago Reader and ChicagoTheatreBlog.com called the play, “A remarkable feat – worthy of Mark Twain” and “Two hours of pitch perfect parody.” Anderson also co-wrote the feature film “America’s Most Haunted” – soon to be available everywhere!

A.J. Schraeder is an odd ball comedian, podcaster, and man child from Greensboro, NC.

He became a regular in the dive bar of professional comedy in 2003 when he joined the award winning improv troupe “The Idiot Box”, and ever since, he’s been blasting AC/DC on comedy’s outdated jukebox, drawing hilarious phallic shaped graffiti on comedy’s bathroom walls, pushing lame dive bar analogies, and putting a hell of a lot of quarters into comedy’s golden-tee arcade machine. In addition to his sketch comedy adventures with the Don’t We Boys, he performs regularly with the nerd centric comedy team “Mon Frere”, produces the regular podcast “Unstoppable Failure” with his brother Al-don, and his award winning one man show “Thunderstood” has been performed in comedy festivals across the country.

Sonny Pandit (“Don’t”)

Sonny Pandit has been disappointing his parents by doing comedy for quite awhile now and just recently began playing the role of “Don’t” in The Don’t We Boys!

They’re not particularly happy about that either. He was in the finals for Funniest Person In Grand Rapids in 2012 and 2013, performed at Gilda’s LaughFest the past 5 years and was invited to Savage Henry fest this year. He performs at colleges and clubs all over the place and recently worked on video projects for JP Morgan Chase.
